ConcertHotels.com is an online hotel booking website that ranks hotels based on their proximity to music and sports venues across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. It was started as a small start-up in Cambridge, England in 2007, and the company currently has two websites: ConcertHotels.com, ranking hotels close to North American venues, and ConcertHotels.co.uk which ranks hotels close to UK venues.

History
ConcertHotels.com was founded by Michael Kelly, a computer scientist from Cambridge University. With a background as a software engineer working in the hotel industry for ActiveHotels.com, and Booking.com, Kelly identified a large niche market that is the live music industry, where concert goers frequently require nearby hotel accommodation. As a result, ConcertHotels.com was born, combining data pulled in from partnerships with hotel supplier, Priceline.com, and ticket supplier, Ticketmaster, to identify relevant hotels.

Controversy
In May 2014, ConcertHotels.com's Vocal Ranges of The World's Greatest Artists courted controversy when some leading online news and music sites reported that the chart claimed that Axl Rose, the infamous frontman of Guns N' Roses, was the world's greatest singer. While the chart, drawing on a small set of data taken from a number of sources, did place Axl Rose at the top of the chart in terms of vocal range, no claim was made that Axl Rose was the world's greatest singer. The chart became virally popular, even attracting comments from Axl Rose himself, via Spin. VVN Music subsequently put together a more in depth list of singers to determine that Faith No More's Mike Patton actually tops the list of singers with the widest vocal range.
